We would like to introduce a case study of the "Product Packaging Line" developed by Foods Tech Co., Ltd. In a small-scale confectionery factory, semi-finished products were manually weighed and packaged after seasoning, but they could no longer cope with a significant increase in production. As a solution, equipment was introduced to automatically weigh and package the semi-finished products after seasoning. As a result of automation, it became possible to produce 4 to 5 times the amount of products with half the workforce compared to before.
